Job DescriptionAs a Social Media Marketer at Percoyo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence and drive engagement. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.
Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the content creation team to produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the brand’s voice and identity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve strategies.
Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.
Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand advocates to expand reach and drive user-generated content.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.

Qualifications
