Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Write compelling and creative copy for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials.
Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to produce high-quality visual content.
Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform strategy development.
Utilize social media analytics tools to gather insights and optimize campaigns for better performance.
