About the Role
As a Junior Tik Tok Shop Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our clients to create and manage their Tik Tok Shop presence. From briefing creators to managing campaigns, this role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organised, and ready to make an impact in the rapidly growing world of social commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Briefing: Write engaging and clear creative briefs for Tik Tok Shop campaigns that align with client goals.
Affiliate & Creator Management: Build and manage relationships with Tik Tok creators and affiliates, ensuring seamless collaborations and successful product promotions.
Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and deliver insights to help them succeed.
Video Editing & Content Creation: Edit and optimise short-form video content for Tik Tok, showcasing products in a captivating way that drives sales.
Product Listings & Optimisation: Assist with uploading products to Tik Tok Shop, creating compelling descriptions, and optimising listings for visibility and engagement.
Campaign Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide actionable recommendations to maximise success.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of Tik Tok trends, features, and tools to keep clients at the forefront of the platform.
What We’re Looking For
Tik Tok Savvy: A strong understanding of Tik Tok Shop, social commerce, and the platform’s trends and features.
Excellent Communicator: Confident in building relationships with clients, creators, and affiliates.
Creative & Analytical: Able to develop fresh ideas and interpret performance data to make informed decisions.
Tech Skills: Comfortable with video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
Highly Organised: Skilled at managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points
Experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or working with Tik Tok Shop.
Familiarity with Tik Tok Shop’s backend and analytics tools.
Previous agency experience or working in a similar dynamic role.
