Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth through our distributor, salon and on-line channels. This role requires a highly organized and result-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the professional beauty industry and a passion for collaborating with sales teams. The Marketing Manager will own the promotional calendar and work cross functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and improve in-salon execution including ownership of Promotional Calendar.
Manage trade promotions, and track results to measure ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement promotional plans, merchandising and support materials.
Manage timelines for all marketing activities ensuring complete and timely delivery of all promotions, programs and assets.
Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute promotions and programs to drive customer engagement and sales.
Ensure effective in-salon execution by working closely with sales to create the necessary presentations and materials to train and educate DSCs on product features, benefits, and promotions.
Develop incentive program in conjunction with Sales to support product launch and/or promotions
In conjunction with Business Development Managers, develop local promotional plans / incentive programs for individual distributors to utilize available funds and grow Keune business.
Source and procure necessary material for trade marketing programs. Leveraging strong negotiating skills to secure competitive pricing.
Conduct market research and analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to ensure that our trade marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
Support new product development and launch plans.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing and brand management, strongly preferred in the professional beauty industry, with experience in hair color category.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions and formulas, with the ability to perform marketing math calculations such as margin calculations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Passion for the haircare industry and a deep understanding of retail and wholesale channels.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
