Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our management team at our multiple locations: South Riding, Ashburn, Sterling and Gainesville. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing all aspects of school operations, from administration to marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Administration: Provide visionary leadership, ensuring all operations align with our mission and standards.
Sales & Marketing: Boost enrollment through strategic marketing and community engagement.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of educators.
Parent & Community Relations: Build strong, inclusive relationships with families and the community.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, secure environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management role within Early Education.
