Job Description:
Responsible for managing and growing rexus Top Key Account, Sub Distributor and Master Dealer
Developing key account business plan, and ensuring the implementation of the plan
Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with key account
Monitoring and analyzing team performance and develop talent
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from any major
At least 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, and total 4 years of experience on Account Management Field
Excellent analytical skill, communication skill, negotiation skill, and leadership skill
Have strong leadership experience.
Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence people
Willing to work in Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat (WFO)
