Role : Lead, Brand and Content Strategy

Role Overview:

– As Lead for Brand and Content Strategy, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives aimed at positioning as the preferred choice for tech and business upskilling among working professionals.

– Your primary goal for the next 6-12 months is to amplify brand visibility, highlight program efficacy, significantly reduce marketing CAC, and drive higher conversion rates through compelling, omnichannel storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Positioning and Strategy:

– Define, evolve, and oversee the execution of brand narrative, emphasising our programs’ high efficacy and impactful outcomes.

– Ensure the brand becomes a primary consideration for working professionals considering upskilling in tech or business.

Omnichannel Content and Communication Strategy:

– Brand building via organic content on YouTube, IG & Linkedin.

– Brand Building via Influencer Marketing

– Brand building via building the right narrative in PR.

– Building Brand via Midfunnel Comms

Audience Insights and Program Alignment:

– Continuously decipher audience needs, preferences, and pain points.

– Collaborate closely with academic and product teams to integrate audience-driven enhancements into program offerings.

Performance and Conversion Optimization:

– Strategically leverage content to significantly lower marketing CAC and drive improved conversion rates.

– Utilise data-driven methods to refine campaigns and initiatives.

Offline Brand Initiatives:

– Planned and executed selective offline initiatives leveraging campus during weekends or special events, enhancing brand credibility and audience engagement.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

– Coordinate effectively across PR, SEO, creative, and social teams, ensuring unified messaging and impactful delivery across channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Minimum 4 years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or related fields, preferably with experience in online education or technology industries.

– Demonstrated success in brand building, content strategy, and campaign management, leading to measurable impact on brand visibility, CAC reduction, and improved conversions.

– Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize audience insights into actionable brand initiatives.

– Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and leadership skills.

– Proven ability to leverage diverse channels, including PR, social media, influencer marketing, and community outreach.

– Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling capabilities.
