Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered

Position Responsibilities

· Develops and executes the

strategic vision

for our digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and product capabilities while maintaining a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.

· Leads the development and ongoing governance of digital brand standards, creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and processes to ensure consistent implementation across teams and platforms.

· Owns the architectural strategy for our website, including information architecture, navigation systems, URL structure, and way finding, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience that drives business results.

· Serves as the key bridge between marketing and product teams, facilitating

communication

, managing priorities, and ensuring both groups’ needs are met in digital initiatives while maintaining brand integrity.

· Builds and presents strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, supported by data and industry best practices, to drive

continuous improvement

of our digital presence.

· Establishes measurement frameworks and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital brand initiatives and user experience improvements, using insights to inform future strategic decisions.

Qualifications

· 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, user experience, or related field with demonstrated expertise in website architecture and digital brand governance.

· Exceptional strategic thinking abilities with proven experience developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that drive measurable results.

· Strong

with excellent presentation and

communication skills

, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and building consensus across

diverse

teams.

· Deep understanding of digital best practices, including information architecture, UX principles, SEO, and content strategy.

· Demonstrated experience in digital brand governance and creating scalable systems for maintaining brand consistency across complex organizations.

· Strong

analytical skills

with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.

· Experience managing complex digital initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field;

Master’s degree preferred.

· Natural
