About the Role:

We’re seeking a strategic andinnovativeanalyst to drive Lifecycle Marketing Analytics forward. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful leader with a strong track record of partnering with Lifecycle Marketing teams to enhance channel performance using advanced measurement techniques. This role requires aforward-thinkingapproach to differentiate LCM from paid media and developinnovativestrategies that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Success in this role will require expertise in data analytics platforms, a solid understanding of machine learning models, andhands-on experiencein lifecycle marketing. We’re looking for someone who thrives in afast-paced,collaborative environment, is passionate about driving meaningful change, and can turn data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.

Our colocation work model supports employees both remotely and onsite each week. Employees are required to be in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by their manager or the company. This hybrid working environment facilitatescollaboration, increases work efficiency, and enhancesemployee growth.

In this role, you will:

Tackle key analytics challenges to uncover insights, including measuring the incremental impact of Lifecycle Marketing channels

Partner with Lifecycle Marketers andleadershipto shape business strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making

Proactively enhance the LCM analytics framework, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals

Break down complex problems into structured, scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact
