Marketing and Business Development Assistant
Location: Pelham, NY
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly. On Site
Compensation: $28-$30 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business, work with an amazing team, and gain valuable experience in business development and client relations.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Assistant, you will support our Business Development team in driving growth and fostering relationships with current and prospective clients. You’ll be involved in market research, lead generation, proposal preparation, and administrative support, while helping the team streamline operations and ensure the successful execution of key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research: Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities, new markets, and prospective clients.
Client Relations & Communication: Help maintain and build strong relationships with clients by supporting regular communication and correspondence.
Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Assist with creating customized proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for clients. Must be meticulous when it comes to writing.
Project Coordination & Reporting: Track business development progress and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized files and records, manage calendars, arrange meetings and travel, and perform general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Previous experience in business development, sales, or administrative roles preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends
Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn or social media platforms is a plus.
