Lead Marketing Specialist Jobs in New York, NY at MMC Corporate
DWL Architects + Planners, Inc. is seeking an experienced marketing coordinator. The ideal candidate, working under the marketing manager and closely with principals/management staff, will effectively carry out the proposal preparation functions of the firm. Successful candidates must be able to thrive in a deadline-oriented setting with a strong ability to multi-task in a team environment.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field and 3+ years in similar position
3+ years’ experience producing Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) / proposal packages within the A/E/C industry
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
Superior writing skills, including the ability to craft a story in a compelling manner
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail, both visually and graphically, and strong proofreading skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong graphic design background and experience in WordPress is highly preferred
Knowledgeable of social media platforms
Responsibilities
Track RFP/RFQs and manage the entire proposal process to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals, from the go/no go process to strategizing and developing quality proposals and presentations
Work collaboratively with principals, senior staff, subconsultants, contractor partners and other marketing team members
Design, write and produce proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
Maintain marketing database for the firm’s projects and resumes and a repository for other key proposal elements
Assist with photo shoots for staff and projects
Assist with social media and website efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
Perform multiple marketing efforts within deadlines
