As a member of the Customer Experience (CX) Team, the CX Market Research Specialist will deliver the right customer insights to optimize customer experiences to internal Ford Credit partners through market research and data analysis.
You’ll have…
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant quantitative field.
At least 4 years of experience designing and managing all phases of market research studies, including sampling, questionnaire writing, fieldwork, and reporting.
Extensive knowledge of different research methodologies and survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia).
Strong project management and consulting skills. Self-starter with an ability to work in an unstructured environment.
Ability to process large amounts of customer data and translate it into actionable ideas that support strategic business goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency presenting consultative analysis and insights to key decision makers.
Even better, you may have…
Degree or certification in survey methodology is a plus.
Experience with Alida or other community management software is a plus.
Experience with syndicated research studies such as JD Power or NVCS is a plus.

What you’ll do…
Analyze customer feedback, trends, and competitive actions to identify gaps and opportunities to better serve the customer. Communicate such findings to internal Ford Credit partners consistently.
Design, plan, and execute market research studies (i.e., Quantitative and Qualitative).
Manage the entire ad hoc research study process, from developing methodology to presenting findings.
Manage external research vendors for ad hoc studies and ensure data quality and integrity.
Act as the Product Owner for our third-party community management software vendor that hosts our customer research panels.
Manage relationships with syndicated research vendors and coordinate required inputs and deliverables.
Manage the CX Team’s Report Library and liaise with organization to increase its use.
Work with Purchasing to manage annual Purchase Order contracting process, including RFP’s if necessary. Track and process corresponding invoices and fulfill internal budgetary reporting.
Coordinate and complete supplier evaluations as needed.
