Key Responsibilities
Develop Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships. Acting as a brand ambassador, fostering partnerships with local agencies, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, doctors’ practices, independent and assisted living facilities in Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma Counties
Ensure Satisfaction: Collaborate with the operations team to guarantee client and agency satisfaction and follow up on referrals to provide a seamless experience
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent the Company: Actively represent the agency in industry events and in the field
Coordinate Efforts: Work with internal teams to effectively execute plans for new business opportunities
Administrative Duties: Create and retain accurate records of sales leads. Maintain supplies of sales presentation materials
Travel: Manage a field-based role with significant daily travel within your assigned territory
Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technology, to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective

Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in the Healthcare Industry
