As we prepare to launch our brand-new studio, we are on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate Sales Manager who is ready to take the lead in building a fitness community from the ground up. What You’ll Be Doing:
Launch the Studio with a Bang: Drive pre-opening sales and memberships to ensure we hit the ground running. Plan and execute grand opening events and promotions to build excitement in the community.
Be the Face of BFT Sunnyvale: Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and fitness enthusiasts to create a buzz around the new studio.
Lead Membership Sales & Conversions: Turn leads into long-term members by showcasing the BFT difference and the value of our science-backed, results-driven training programs.
Create a Thriving Fitness Community: Foster a welcoming, motivating environment where members feel supported, challenged, and excited to achieve their goals.
Grassroots Marketing & Community Engagement: Get creative! Host pop-ups, fitness challenges, and collaborate with local businesses to put BFT on the map in Sunnyvale.
Develop & Optimize Sales Processes: Create efficient systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and member engagement to maximize sales conversions.
Assist with Daily Studio Operations: Be a hands-on leader, helping with everything from class schedules to member check-ins to ensure our studio runs smoothly.
