Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of social media platforms. This role involves developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.
Duties
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including text, images, and videos.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Conduct research to identify new trends in digital marketing and social media best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Utilize Adobe software for graphic design and content creation as needed.
Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the industry.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure the success of campaigns; provide regular reports on engagement and reach.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media marketing is preferred.
Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail strategies.
Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media posts are desirable.
Strong relationship management skills to foster partnerships with influencers or brands.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
