We are expanding our marketing efforts and looking for a Community Marketing Representative to help strengthen our brand presence and develop strategic relationships in the community. Position Overview
The Community Marketing Representative will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and building relationships with insurance agencies, real estate professionals, property managers, and other key partners. This role is about connecting with the right people, attending community events, and ensuring Champ Roofing is the go-to name for roofing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, realtors, and local business partners to drive referrals and brand awareness.
Represent Champ Roofing at networking events, community gatherings, and trade shows.
Organize and coordinate local sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute outreach campaigns that increase visibility.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and check-ins with referral partners.
Track and report on outreach activities and relationship-building efforts.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Comfortable attending networking events, meeting new people, and representing a brand professionally.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow up consistently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Experience in the construction, roofing, or insurance industry is a plus but not required.
