Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for marketing. You will work closely with various people in Los Angeles to enhance our marketing efforts in outside sales.

Duties

Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts.

Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients, presenting our products and services effectively.

Utilize account management software to track interactions and manage customer data efficiently.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or a related field is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Experience in outside sales, B2B, inside sales, or direct sales is advantageous.

Proficiency in using account management software and other relevant tools.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new strategies in sales management.
