Description
Exclaimer, a tech scale-up with big plans, is looking for a growth-obsessed Lifecycle Marketing Manager, responsible for optimising and delivering lifecycle marketing and automations globally. You will collaborate with the Marketing team and wider business to ensure the lifecycle strategy meets the needs of the rapidly growing business.
Reporting to the Head of Email & Lifecycle, you will manage lifecycle automations in Hub Spot, using your technical knowledge and skills to enable the delivery of best-in-class marketing across channels throughout the funnel. You will work closely with the Email Marketing Manager to support and enable technical aspects of email marketing.
At Exclaimer, we like to ‘drink our own champagne’. You will also work with colleagues across Marketing to deliver email signatures as a channel in integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage lifecycle marketing automations:Oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of automated lifecycle marketing campaigns in Hub Spot.
Technical implementation:Use technical knowledge in Hub Spot to support the execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Collaboration with Email Marketing:Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager to support the technical aspects of email campaigns.
Deliver email signatures as a marketing channel:Work with the wider Marketing team to set up, deploy and optimise email signatures for integrated campaigns.
Cross-functionalcollaboration:Collaborate with Content, Demand Generation, Product, Sales, Channel and Customer teams.
Drive channelinnovationand best practices:Identify and implement automations and lifecycle marketing best practices.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:Recommend and deliver against KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Experimentation and Testing:Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to continuously optimize lifecycle automations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in adynamic, high-growth environment:5+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or email marketing.
Expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms:Proficient in Hub Spot or similar Marketing Automation Platform.
Curious, analytical mindset andproblem-solvingabilities:Excellentanalytical skillswith a focus on seeking out opportunities to use automations.
HTML coding and troubleshooting skills:Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email design coding and de-bugging.
Proficiency in automation tools:Skilled in using third-party automation tools like Zapier.
Advanced Excel and data management skills:Highly skilled in Excel, capable of handling complex data sets.
Knowledge of SQL (preferred):Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Understanding of AI in Marketing:Enthusiastic about leveraging AI as a co-creation partner.
Collaborative and highly organised:A team player who works effectively across departments.
Understanding of email marketing best practice:A deep understanding andrespectfor compliance and data privacy best practices.
