As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to oversee, optimize, and drive marketing initiatives for our franchisees.
About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact between franchisees, marketing vendors, and our internal Digital Marketing team. Your mission is to ensure that all marketing efforts are executed effectively, on time, and within budget, ultimately driving franchisee success and lowering customer acquisition costs.
You do not need to be a digital marketing specialist, as you will work with vendors who are. Instead, your role is to oversee, coordinate, and ensure accountability while providing feedback and strategic suggestions to improve performance.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Coordination & Execution:
Work closely with franchisees to develop and execute customized marketing plans that align with their business goals.
Ensure that all marketing initiatives—digital, grassroots, and business development—are rolled out on schedule and executed properly.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure marketing campaigns are launched and maintained effectively.
Monitor franchisee participation in marketing programs and ensure they remain committed to their agreed strategies.
Overseeing Digital Marketing & Performance Tracking:
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and vendors to ensure proper execution of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other paid media campaigns.
You do not need to be a digital marketing specialist but should be able to oversee vendors, analyze performance reports, and provide feedback.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and suggestions.
Hold vendors accountable for performance metrics and expected results.
Franchisee Communication & Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees regarding their marketing efforts.
Educate franchisees on best marketing practices and help them leverage local marketing opportunities.
Provide regular updates and reports on franchisee marketing performance to the executive team.
Ensure franchisees are utilizing a well-rounded marketing approach, combining digital marketing, grassroots efforts, and local business development.
Strategic Oversight & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor and analyze all marketing initiatives, identifying areas for optimization.
Provide feedback on campaign performance, vendor execution, and areas for improvement.
Maintain a proactive approach in decreasing customer acquisition costs and increasing overall marketing effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing tools, and franchise marketing best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you will be working closely with franchisees, vendors, and our internal team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized – able to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable holding vendors and franchisees accountable to ensure strategies are being executed effectively.
No need to be a digital marketing expert, but you should be able to analyze reports, measure results, and provide suggestions for improvement.
Strong analytical skills – ability to assess marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Passionate about franchise growth and marketing strategy.
Compensation & Benefits
$25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
