We are a growing company and want Team Members who want to grow with us. This is a 100% commission role (uncapped) with additional bonus opportunities.

We are a well-established Residential Kitchen & Bath Remodeler growing a newer division focused primarily on painting & flooring! We have an immediate opening for an experienced outside sales account manager. Prior construction estimating experience is a big plus, but willing to train the right candidate with other relevant experience.

We need people who are motivated and talented individuals, who not only show up on-time but also take pride in their work and understand how important relationships are to overall sales performance.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Estimating & Sales (Painting & Flooring)

Drive to scheduled sales estimating appointments scheduled by us or by you.
Communicate with customer to understand their needs and the project scope.
Accurately measure and document complete scope of work. Including taking photos.
Prepare an estimate w/ detailed scope of work to present to customer.
Review the estimate and scope of work with customer and Close the Sale.
Follow-up with customers per company guidelines when not closed at initial presentation.
Submit project details to Adminstrative Team to complete customer onboarding and schedule the project.
Keep company software applications (CRM, etc) up to date for all opportunities and projects.
Respond timely and professionally to all customer needs and questions.
Follow-up with the customer during the process.
Be a Brand Ambassador and strengthen your opportunity for repeat customers and referrals.

Prospecting, Networking and Lead Generation

Leverage a multitude of tactics to prospect for new opportunities and grow your personal pipeline & network.
Utilize social media to connect directly with prospects as well and interact with referral partners.
Promote yourself and the company online regularly to catch prospects at the “right time”.
Network with referral partners using a variety of methods to generate referrals.
Go to networking events to build relationships with prospective referral partners.
Cold call prospective referral partners to create new opportunity streams.
We provide qualified warm leads, but self-generated leads will always have higher close ratios & better payouts. You must also be making efforts to self-generate otherwise you won’t be in the lead pool.
Although we don’t require you to follow a particular prospecting method (we will help you with strategies), we do require you to prospect and want someone who is always “building their network”.

Prospecting & Sales Related Skills

Willingness and ability to prospect for new opportunities and leads.
Ability to walk a customer through a construction process and educate them on the products and services that we offer. << We can train you on this! Ability to present estimates, proposals, and sales contracts and “CLOSE” the sale. Ability to negotiate and win the client over on value and not price. General Construction Knowledge & Skills Must have the ability to use measuring tools to accurately measure scopes of work. Must have the ability to understand and scope Painting & Flooring projects. Have basic knowledge/experience in general home repair, remodeling, and maintenance. Willingness to develop and hone your Construction Knowledge & Estimating skills. Computers / Mobile Technology Ability to learn and operate a variety of software programs and systems, including mobile applications. You will be expected to use basic company software as a part of your everyday duties, which will include updating our CRM, writing estimates, and taking before, during and after photos of every project. Customer Service & Team Skills Ability to work directly with customers to identify customer needs and estimate projects. Ability to work with other team members both directly and indirectly. Ability to be a Brand Ambassador and understand that every opportunity is exponential. Self-Motivated You can stay focused and get the job done without continuous direct supervision. You are “always networking” everywhere you go. Additional Must Haves: Must have current Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance. Must have Reliable Transportation and willingness to travel daily for in-home appointments. Must have a Smart Phone (Android or Apple) with access to the internet. Must have a Clean, Neat and Well-Kept Professional Appearance. You don’t have to “dress-up”, but if you’re sloppy, you need not apply. Willing to work Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 with some Saturdays as needed. Salary & Compensation: Compensation Range: $50k to $115k+ per year (100% commission, uncapped) w/ additional bonus opportunities. Split commissions offered from Day 1 during Training Period for sales closed by training manager. Physical Demands: This Position Frequently Requires: Standing, lifting & carrying up to 50+ lbs, walking, pushing, climbing ladders, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching, and full use of hands. May include working in small spaces, on ladders, and outside where you might be exposed to sun, humidity, high heat, rain and other inclement weather.
