Local Store Marketing Manager Jobs in Las Vegas, NV at Zaxby’s
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client’s small business as it prepares for significant growth. In this newly created role, you will collaborate directly with the President/CEO and play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales growth, while spearheading expansion into new geographic markets and developing product divisions to establish a strong regional and national operations footprint.
Duties will include:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new market opportunities
Create and manage marketing budgets and media purchases across various platforms
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social, email, print, events)
Produce engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other marketing assets
Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and operations
Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing
Ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
Proven experience driving expansion into new markets while launching and developing new product divisions to support regional and national growth
Proven experience creating and managing engaging social media and web content
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.)
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and reporting
Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
