Job Summary:
Toyota Egypt is seeking a dynamic and results-drivenLubricants Sales Managerto lead our B2B oil sales operations. This role focuses on driving growth, building a strong dealer network, and enhancing customer satisfaction across Egypt. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales, market analysis, and leadership, contributing to Toyota’s vision of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and allocate a dealer network as per the annual expansion plan
Ensure fair and effective target distribution among dealers and team members
Monitor and manage dealer performance, including open/back orders and sales loss
Consolidate dealer forecasts to improve supply chain efficiency
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer trends
Provide leadership and coaching to build a high-performing team
Oversee the seamless distribution of lubricants to end users through various channels
Manage incentive allocation and monitor monthly and quarterly target achievements
Promote continuous development by encouraging team members to complete assigned training programs
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business
Experience:8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of wholesale operations for lubricant products
Advanced skills in market opportunity analysis and forecasting
Proven ability to lead and coach teams effectively

Preferred Certifications:
Certification in Sales Management or Market Analysis (preferred but not required)
