**Job Title:** Mail Clerk
**Job Type:** Full-time

**Salary Range:** $27 to $28 per hour
**Job Overview:**
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to be a part of a dynamic team? Swanton Video Media, Inc. is seeking a Mail Clerk to join our growing company. As a Mail Clerk, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, as well as providing support to various departments within the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Prepare outgoing mail for delivery
Maintain and organize mailroom supplies
Assist with special mailings and projects as needed
Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments
Ensure all mail is processed in a timely and accurate manner
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a mailroom or similar position preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
