startup environment, PRISM+ is opening up a Management Associate position, designed to groom you into an all-rounded entrepreneur and e-commerce digital marketing superstar. You will work directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff and be immersed in every aspect of driving a successful e-commerce business – from product strategy & planning, performance marketing, creatives, influencer marketing, and data analysis.
Responsibilities Work directly with the Founder, COO, and Chief of Staff on the most critical and high-impact areas of the business.
Management and execution of viral performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, You Tube & Tik Tok.
End-to-end campaign planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and reporting of key  data analysis via Excel to drive actionable business insights.
Potential to get involved in M&A, fundraising, product strategy and roadmap, new business launch from 0 to 1.Rotation amongst various departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business and contribute to multiple facets of the organization.
Overall, this position requires a strategic mindset, strong
analytical skills
, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in shaping marketing strategies, driving insights-driven decision-making, and exploring
innovative
marketing channels to achieve business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
.
Excellent written and verbal
communication
abilities.
Proficient in marketing software, such as Google Analytics and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
.
Highly organized with great
attention to detail
