About the Company- SonyLIV is seeking an experienced Manager – Ad Sales-SME, Digital Business. The primary role of the incumbent is partial top-line and bottom-line responsibility of Digital Business for the North India region.

Education:

MBA preferred

Experience:

4 – 10 years of total experience

Essential expertise:
Digital advertising sales background will be preferred. TV Sales experience can be considered

Desirable Experience – Must be well versed with client strategies and advertising agencies from North India & have strong agency and clients contacts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need.

Incumbent will be SonyLIV’ s ambassador in the market for the agency relationship that you own and will be responsible for shaping up a long-term business plan for the client/agency for make SonyLIV as the preferred destination.

Strategize towards securing a steady base by means of acquiring long-term commitments

Incumbent will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision.

Developing preferred partnership with top digital advertisers through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals

In depth account management by means of client servicing through customized properties/deals, and other digital brand solutions for critical launches

Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis.

Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the inventory is fully utilized thus maximizing the ROI.

The role includes account development to have a long-term business association with clients.

Formulate and implementinnovativeAdvertising packages that maximize the revenue opportunities with brands and agencies to rapidly expand the business.

Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a

Maintaining a good sales pipeline for the quarter, highlighting roadblocks early on, so that alternates can be reviewed, will be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications-

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

Behavioral- Ability to leverages relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations.

Technical- Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem. Should be both a category & a brand builder with a s strong ability to drive and achievesales targets. High on ideation while creating brand solutions for the clients in-sink with theircommunicationstrategies. Must possess a strong understanding of the market
