Job Summary: Entry Level Marketing Representative
The 7C Agency in Parsippany is urgently hiring for our growing Marketing team. As our Client Accounts rapidly grow and expand we are in need of a coachable leader We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the marketing and sales field. The successful candidate will assist in various marketing initiatives, contribute to retail marketing strategies, and support the execution of campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales for our clients.
Entry Level Marketing Representative Duties
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels.
Support performance marketing efforts by analyzing campaign data and providing insights for optimization.
Utilize marketing and sales tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with the Sales team and other department to help reach client goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for advertising campaigns.
Experience needed for Entry Level Marketing Representative
Experience in Marketing, Sales, Management, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service is Required.
Experience with marketing concepts will be beneficial.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Exceptional Customer Service and Relationship building skills is required.
