Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing our small marketing team and helping create a plan. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru!

This is a part-time role to start which could grow into full-time in Q1.
Compensation:
$20 – $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Maintain analytics, assuring that content is consistently updated
Meet with clients monthly
Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance with company compliance policies
Assist the team with various customer service and administrative tasks
Maintain all client branding
Coach and train the rest of the marketing team
Qualifications:
Team player
Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must
Develop new concepts based on input
2+ years of experience in Marketing
Candidate must have Real Estate Experience
Candidate must be comfortable managing clients
