Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing efforts across various channels, helping to drive brand awareness, generate leads and promote our services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn and interested in the lawn care, tree care, pest control and holiday lighting and trim categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital lead generation, email, SMS text, sales promotion, social media, blogs, trade shows, development and estimation of production marketing supplies (e.g., newsletters, signage, etc.)
Maintain social media calendar; create and schedule content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)
Maintain blog calendar for three lines of business: lawn, tree and pest
Assist in the management of the company’s website and mobile app, including content updates and SEO optimization
Help design and order marketing materials such as newsletters, sell sheets and promotional items
Support the company’s franchising initiative by helping in the development of a Brand Standards Manual, advertising templates and advertising materials, plus provide support for Franchisee website management and email and social media campaigns
Track competitor pricing and initiatives to identify potential opportunities and threats
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, company events and community outreach programs
Assist in monitoring and analyzing digital and email campaign performance, providing reports and insights to improve future efforts
Manage customer reviews and online reputation, responding to feedback on platforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram)
Collaborate with the marketing director and sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives
Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed (e.g., bill processing)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role required
Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
Proficiency in social media platforms required and content management systems (e.g., Hubspot) preferred
Familiarity with SEO preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines required
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills required
A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas preferred
Interest or experience in the lawn care, tree care, pest control and holiday light and trim categories is a plus
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Express, Adobe Photo Shop) is a plus
