Manager, Client Experience (Performance Marketing) New Jobs in Remote at Unlock Health

Summary/Objective

The Marketing Database Analyst uses data to generate personalized communications in order to promote amenities of the property. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all database marketing. Other responsibilities include analysis of gaming, promotional, food and beverage, travel center, and hotel performance, communicating results and working with management and IT to develop the database and marketing systems. They create reports that allow management of various areas to make educated revenue driving decisions. They also coordinate, design, and implement the use of technology to improve guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Database Management & Loyalty Tracking

Oversees development and maintenance of Mountain Rewards customer database.
Assists with the planning of all databases and direct marketing programs.
Responsibility for the Player Tracking system, the kiosks and other hardware associated with the loyalty marketing program.
Utilizes database management programs to extract data for customer mailings and reporting.
Develops and advocates best practices and support the property in the deployment of programs that grow loyalty program membership, benefits, offers and in-between trips engagement.

Promotion Analysis & Reporting

Performs analysis of all promotions & gaming floor performance
Provides insight to a team of promotions & marketing staff to ensure all promotion events and marketing campaigns are well targeted, planned and implemented successfully.
Evaluates proposed changes or proactively explores changes to loyalty tier and hurdle structures, earn-and-redeem structures, and monitor the results of changes made, to balance the programs effectiveness and profitability.
Prepares profit and loss statements for all database marketing programs and reports monthly on all direct marketing programs and performs ad hoc data extracts and analysis
Takes a proactive role in developing strategic use of existing information processes, as well as evaluating potential uses of new processes.
Performs analysis on database performance including revenue trends, attrition and migration, and reinvestment levels.

Research and Competitive Benchmarking:

Monitor competition and cross-industry loyalty program best practices and assess applicability to guests to ensure our loyalty marketing program remains the best.
Develop and deploy customer research that measures the results of Loyalty Program initiatives and identifies opportunities, in coordination with brand marketing and the property.

General

Must be at least 21 years old to obtain a UMUGC Key Gaming License. Must be able to pass the UMUGC and CG background investigations (no financial crimes or other felonies).

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Certifications

No specific certifications required, but relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Experience

Two or more years of demonstrated experience pulling and manipulating data from Marketing/Entertainment databases. Experience in managing data driven marketing campaigns. Experience in the utilization of loyalty tracking systems data. Previous experience in casino gaming or hospitality a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge of Aristocrat Software, Agilysis and Gaming Analytics and ability to write reports with associated toolsets. Knowledge of SQL programming and Tableau software strongly preferred.
