The Role
The Manager, Co-Brand Cards will be joining an
exciting
and growing Financial Partnerships Team at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. In this role, the Manager, Co-Brand Cards will be charged with expanding Wyndham’s co-brand credit card portfolio to drive card member loyalty and engagement through marketing initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to lead customer activation, spend, and retention initiatives.
In addition, the candidate will manage new program offers and promotions. This is a
unique opportunity
to work on one of the most
impactful
initiatives and partnerships t you’ll do Create marketing strategy and roadmap to grow existing card member spend, activation, engagement, and retention. Partner with
cross-functional teams
to plan, design, and deploy marketing campaigns across the WH&R digital ecosystem (e.g. email, website);
lead experiential events and activations to deliver unique value to card members. Work with external partners to influence partner-deployed marketing campaigns and campaign measurement. Assist with the development of new card member offers and promotions, including supporting business development with external partners. Partner with WR Servicing on card member-facing marketing and FAQs; manage servicing issues and escalations. Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and usage.
Manage monthly operational controls to ensure adherence to program standards. You’ll be successful if you have Ability to build relationships with external partners and stakeholders at all levels. Strong
