Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented Manager of Marketing Projects to join our growing dynamic team! The Manager of Marketing Projects is a member of the Marketing and Communications team responsible for the oversight and coordination of the workflow across marketing and communications projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration. This role is a central point of communication between teams, responsible for managing resources efficiently, and ensuring marketing and communications deadlines and objectives are met. Essential Duties and Tasks:

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion while adhering to timelines, budgets, and scope.
Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Track progress and identify potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Manage print production processes, placing orders and reorders of marketing collateral, signage, business cards, etc.

Traffic Management:

Act as the central hub for assigning and routing tasks to appropriate team members.
Prioritize and manage the flow of work to ensure teams meet deadlines efficiently.
Monitor team capacity and workloads, reallocating resources as needed to avoid bottlenecks.
Maintain a detailed overview of all active and upcoming projects to ensure seamless scheduling.

Collaboration and Communication:

Serve as a liaison between creative, marketing, development, and client teams.
Facilitate regular team meetings, including kick-offs, updates, and post-project reviews.
Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in marketing project management or in an agency traffic department.
Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
Must have proven experience in project management, traffic management, or a similar role in creative agencies or marketing teams.
Must possess versatility, discretion and good interpersonal skills with ability to work with a variety of diverse people.
Must have proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and manage stakeholders.
Must have a detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of creative workflows, timelines, and team dynamics (designers, developers, marketers).
Must have reliable transportation to and from work, proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license in the state of residence, and an acceptable driving record.
