We’re looking for a Manager, Creative Strategy, to join our MCS team in the Americas. This role requires a

dynamic

leader who can combine

strategic vision

with

hands-on

execution, balancing global team management with direct client engagement. With a strong background in both Direct Response (DR) and Brand advertising, you will drive scalable solutions for medium-sized clients across the Americas region while leading and developing a high-performing team based in the Americas and EMEA

What You’ll Do:

Team Leadership

:

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Creative Strategists, fostering a culture of

collaboration

, and excellence.

Client Engagement:

Work

hands-on

with key medium-sized clients across the Americas to develop creative advertising strategies that balance DR and Brand objectives.

Develop Global Scalable Solutions:

Create repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and processes to drive efficiency and scalability for medium client campaigns.

Collaborate Across Functions:

Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and seamless execution of

creative solutions

.

Strategic Oversight:

Lead the development and implementation of creative strategies that align with Snap’s business goals and address the unique needs of medium clients.

Performance and Brand Balance:

Leverage expertise in both DR and Brand marketing to deliver holistic solutions that drive measurable outcomes while building long-term brand equity.

Data-Driven Creativity:

Use insights and analytics to inform creative strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver results that meet or exceed client objectives.
