Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

The Senior Manager of Indoor Attractions Analytics is responsible for overseeing the analytics and insights related to indoor attractions. The role is also responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing profitability, and improving the guest experience within indoor attractions. They lead analytics initiatives, manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Conceptualise and develop events and programming, align to Mandai’s brand values and meet commercial targets.

Develop an effective events and programming strategy based on current local event competitive landscape, and at the same time, target the tourist segment.

Identify, develop and bring in strategic partnerships with Intellectual Properties (IP) , event partners and brands that align with Mandai’s brand values, to enhance the content and increase the overall value proposition of offerings.

Plan, coordinate and supervise the end-to-end execution of various events and programming to increase attendance and improve guest experience.

Manage and monitor event P&L/budgets for assigned events and campaigns.

Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders on the execution of events and programming.

Manage and guide external partners in the conceptualisation, planning and execution of events and programming.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or the equivalent.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in experiential productions, events management or related fields, with experience in B2B events such as conferences, trade shows, etc.

Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, managing and executing large-scale lifestyle tourism events, in the area of arts/food/fitness/music/entertainment scene, project planning management and budget management.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset.

Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet timelines.

Positive attitude, resourceful, with a trail-blazer mentality and can-do spirit.

Able to work at nights or weekends if required for events and programming setup and execution.

Class 3 or 3A driving license holder preferred
