We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate is an outside the box thinker who can creatively adapt and work effectively with different visual and written content for multiple brand channels. You must be an energetic and confident public speaker who is able to handle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Social Media team to brainstorm content and ideas
Familiarity and experience with all social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter and Youtube.
Assist in a cohesive brand story across all social media and digital marketing channels to grow audience and engage with customers.
Assist with content and promotional calendar (e-commerce, email blasts, recurring promotions, banners etc.)
Stay up-to-date on trending topics on social media to adjust content and promotional activities as needed
Assist with PR related initiatives.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably within social media and/or marketing
· Experience with programs like Canva and Adobe Premium Pro is a plus.
· Fluency with social media scheduling tools and digital media analytics tools
· Good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills
