Job Description
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager with 5-8 years of client or account management experience who is looking to work and learn in adynamic environment.
The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans to drive revenue for ancillary businesses within the Equinox Fitness and Sports clubs including, Group Fitness, Personal Training, The Spa, Pilates and Brand Partners. They will work cross-functionally within Equinox Marketing teams as well as Creative Operations to create cohesive marketing plans, ensuring proper channels are leveraged and overseeing workflow between creative and key stakeholders for necessary approvals.
The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as a strategic guide and project manager for the Marketing team, stewarding the development of communications assets and plans that are built to enhance the member experience and drive new business across all Equinox channels. This position works closely with all marketing stakeholders to develop briefs and creative tactics/executions that meet the brand’s marketing objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development of integrated marketing plans for the Equinox brand including Group Fitness, Spa, Personal Training, Pilates and Partnerships, that deliver on enhancing the member experience and financial goals of the business.
Support the Brand Marketing Team on core initiatives including brief writing,project management, creative development, campaign execution, competitive analysis, and data reporting.
Collaborate with peer groups across functions – social media, member marketing, CRM, and public relations – to build relationships and execute integrated marketing programs.
Support on end-to-end management of annual Brand Campaign, including owning and building timelines, rollout, calendarization, and handoff of all deliverables to teams.
