Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled individual to join our team as a Project Manager & Marketing Assistant. The person in this role will work closely with the owner to ensure seamless operations, drive brand growth, and execute initiatives that align with Tactical Longevity’s vision. This position requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who can adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and proactively solve problems without needing extensive oversight. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client relations, marketing, and operational execution while maintaining a strategic mindset to achieve long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

New Project Management:

Communicate project goals and expectations to contractors and vendors and ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Research, screen, and hire new contractors/vendors for projects.
Post project needs on vendor platforms, organize and conduct screening meetings, and oversee content delivery from contractors/vendors.
Provide status updates to executives regarding ongoing projects.

Ongoing Project Management & Client Relationships:

Onboard new clients into the Learning Management System (LMS) and our proprietary App.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining ongoing communication to address needs and challenges and maintain long lasting relationships
Ensure client needs are met promptly and with professionalism
Troubleshoot technical issues with the App in collaboration with developers.
Monitor existing technology for glitches or performance issues, and oversee updates or changes.
Manage email campaigns, including contact management in MailChimp.

Social Media & Marketing:

Develop and execute social media and marketing initiatives within the thought leadership space.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and positioning.
Collaborate on branding projects by collecting media samples, generating ideas, and monitoring campaigns.
Oversee content creation and campaigns to ensure alignment with the company’s vision.
Draft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for marketing materials, social media, internet communications, and proposals.
Film and upload content for editing and make minor adjustments to recordings as needed.
Promote the brand through outreach to podcasts, television, and other media outlets.
Stay up to date with industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the table
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the owner in driving business success and identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization

Administrative & Executive Support:

Schedule speaking engagements, travel, and related logistics for executives.
Perform minor website updates, manage graphic design assets, and coordinate with contractors for larger tasks.
Manage and optimize the owner’s schedule, ensuring efficient use of their time, and proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
Ensure timely ordering of class materials and marketing supplies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in onboarding and systems management.
Take on ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the owner and company objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, marketing, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in using technology and tools such as LMS platforms, MailChimp, and social media management tools.
Familiarity with troubleshooting apps or digital tools in collaboration with developers.
Basic skills in graphic design and video editing; ability to perform minor adjustments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort and enthusiasm for working in the thought leadership and professional development space.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with high-stakes industries or individuals.
Background in psychology, education, or resilience training is a plus.
Familiarity with branding, content creation, and public relations.

Other Details:

· This is an on-site job with some flexibility around hybrid work

· The vast majority of work can be done during normal business hours, however, some flexibility is needed for special events or circumstances (estimated 5-10% of work may be outside of normal business hours- some communication later than 5pm, very rare weekend event)

· Some travel is required on occasion for the purposes of capturing media footage of events
