As our first US hire, we’re looking for a passionate Partnerships Associate to join our team. This role will be pivotal in expanding Eleos’ reach in the United States, working closely with the UK & Portugal teams to build relationships with potential partners and drive growth.

You thrive on meeting ambitious goals and are excited to help shape the future of Eleos in the US market.
Responsibilities
Partner Outreach: Identify and engage with potential partners that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP). Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects.
Prospect Analysis: Understand the needs and challenges of potential partners to craft tailored pitches that demonstrate Eleos’ value.
Sales Enablement: Prepare compelling presentations, demo materials, and information packs for potential partners.
Collaboration: Work closely with the US team and marketing to develop and implement account-based strategies to drive new business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Foster relationships with prospects, scheduling and coordinating meetings and demos with senior leadership.
Performance Tracking: Monitor your activities and results to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies as needed.
What You Bring
Experience: At least two years in a fast-paced, high-value sales or business development role. Experience in the insurance or financial services sectors is a strong plus.
Sales Acumen: Proven success in prospecting, building pipelines, and closing deals within target-driven organizations.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Organization & Drive: Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and tools for managing leads and tracking performance.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
