The
salary range
for this position is $105,700-$132,200 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a

Summary
This
exciting
role offers the opportunity to drive Fenty Beauty and Fragrance brand growth in North America, developing
innovative
strategies and go-to-market plans for new launches and core business with executional excellence. We are looking for a passionate,
innovative
, and highly organized individual to develop and execute
impactful
marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and drive sales within the retail landscape.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of retailer marketing strategy and own the go-to-market across all touchpoints (in-store, digital, out-of-store, social, influencer, media, etc.), partnering closely with global marketing, brand management, and sales.
Develop customized marketing strategies for each retailer, leveraging business and consumer insights to create plans that align with the North American strategy and boost sales within their respective channels. These plans will be sales-focused and contribute to overall business objectives.
