Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement through various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on setting up face-to-face interactions (such as vendor events, home and trade shows, festivals, customer interactions and testimonials).
Duties
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and identify trends.
Collaborate with management to produce engaging content using audio and video editing software for various advertising materials.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools to measure success and optimize future efforts.
Support advertising sales efforts by preparing promotional materials and coordinating outreach strategies.
Help manage the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing or related fields, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools is highly desirable.
Proficiency in analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance effectively.
Strong skills in social media marketing, including content creation and community management.
Experience with print advertising processes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Audacity (audio software) and Hitfilm (video editing software) is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency and ability to create and run Meta campaigns and google based campaigns.

Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
