We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level by creating engaging content, growing our audience, and enhancing our brand across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Manage daily content posting across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create and schedule high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics in collaboration with the media team.
Stay updated on trending topics, viral moments, and sports culture to maximize engagement.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and social growth.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a strong community.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align campaigns with company goals.
Work with photographers and videographers to showcase high-quality basketball content.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media accounts (sports industry experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of basketball culture, digital trends, and social media algorithms.
Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work under fast-paced deadlines.
Strong writing skills for captions, storytelling, and brand messaging.
Experience using analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
Creativity and adaptability to engage sports audiences in unique ways.
