About the Role:
We are seeking creative and
results-driven
Influencer Marketing Managers from multiple cities across India to lead our influencer partnerships and campaigns on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers, building and maintaining strong relationships, developing
impactful
marketing campaigns, and driving brand visibility and engagement through strategic influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Design and implement an influencer marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience.
Identify and prioritize platforms, trends, and content styles for campaigns.
Influencer Identification & Outreach:
Research and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Twitter.
Vet influencers based on brand alignment, audience engagement, and campaign objectives.
Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with influencers to develop authentic content that resonates with their audiences while meeting brand guidelines.
Manage the creation and approval of deliverables, including posts, videos, and stories.
Relationship Management:
Maintain positive relationships with influencers, talent managers, and content creators.
Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables to achieve maximum ROI.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Prepare and present post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
Budget Management
:
Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective collaborations and maximum value for spend.
Competitor Analysis & Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor influencer campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital campaigns (2+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
Exceptional
communication

Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other reporting platforms.
