Position Overview

As the Manager of Marketing Operations at SIMCO, you will take charge of enhancing our marketing systems, processes, and reporting to drive efficiency and performance. This pivotal role involves managing the integration and operation ofPardotand(SFDC), ensuring effective alignment between marketing and sales teams.

In thisdynamicposition, you will empower the marketing team to launch successful campaigns and deliver actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management

Effectively manage Pardot to optimize lead generation, nurture campaigns, and reporting functionalities.

Enhance and maintain the integration of Pardot with  to facilitate smooth lead flow and reporting processes.

Collaborate with the sales operations team to synchronize marketing and sales processes within

Research and implementinnovativemarketing tools and technologies to elevate efficiency and drive results.

Data Management & Reporting

Oversee data quality, governance, and enrichment to support accurate reporting and analyses.

Develop and sustainimpactfuldashboards and reports in Pardot, , and other analytical tools to monitor campaign performance, pipeline impact, and return on investment (ROI).

Provide regular updates on marketing KPIs and actionable insights for key stakeholders.

ProcessOptimization& Collaboration

Align marketing processes with sales workflows in partnership with the sales operations team to ensure seamless handoffs and lead management.

Identify and implement process improvements to boost campaign efficiency, lead conversions, and overall performance.

Support ABM campaigns, demand generation initiatives, and other marketing efforts by offering system support and valuable data insights.

Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across all marketing systems and campaigns.

Establish and document marketing operations best practices, including lead scoring, attribution, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, particularly with Pardot and  administration.

Demonstrated success in managing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and integrating them with CRM systems (e.g., ).

Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, particularly in lead management, scoring, and attribution.

Proficiency in creating comprehensive reports and dashboards in  and other analytics tools.

Experience in data management with a focus on ensuring data accuracy for reporting and insights.

Familiarity with ABM strategies, demand generation, and campaign execution is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
