Duties

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide information on insurance products and benefits administration as needed.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for outside sales initiatives.
Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail environments.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
Familiarity with benefits administration and related processes is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication.
