As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager as the Partner GTM Specialist within the Partnership & Alliances team to help grow our mindshare and market share.
Role Brief
As the Partner GTM Specialist, you are expected to work closely with the BU Heads, Client Partners,
Sales Leaders, Domain Vertical Leaders, GTM and Marcom teams (incl. Content Writers & Designers). You will have to collaborate with these cross functional teams to help drive growth by touching each stage of the customer lifecycle – acquisition, nurturing, and expansion.
To be successful in this role you should possess:
Ability to put together and lead comprehensive GTM initiatives to augment mindshare and
market share across all the type of customer arenas.
Ability to strategize, build, and execute integrated campaigns focused for new lead / opportunity generation
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to work in
collaboration
with stakeholders to get their buy-in on the proposed GTM initiatives
Hands on experience
in planning and execution of GTM initiatives through various channels
including but not limited to content marketing, campaigns, social media, digital marketing, email
outreach, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, events / conferences, Account based marketing
(ABM) etc.
Knowledge on how to measure, monitor, and report campaign metrics (like lead volumes, pipeline
additions ($ USD), meetings booked, business conversions, engagement rates, awareness
created etc.) to stakeholders on a regular basis
Skills to implement lead nurturing strategies with the aim to increase RoI from the GTM
campaigns launched
Experience in supporting Partner Marketing teams on creating brochures, flyers, videos,
microsites, blogs, presentations, whitepapers etc.
Must haves:
Master’s degree in marketing (preferred)
10 to 12 years of experience in Marketing
Strong
project management
skills with
attention to detail
and the ability to manage multiple
stakeholders & priorities
