What you’ll be doing Our Level Shoes Social Manager is responsible for managing all organic digital content across the social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Linked In and You Tube). He/She will manage the priorities and planning of the social strategy through a balanced view that considers both creative and business needs – ensuring the growth of our client community both in terms of reach and engagement, meeting business KPIs within budget and at scale, and giving visibility to key stakeholders across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor the social media strategy to increase
brand awareness
, improve Marketing efforts and improve sales. Ensure all social content is in line with content strategy, brand and goals of the business. Manage social media channels (IG, FB, Snapchat, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In). Create engaging, creative,
innovative
organic content for all social media channels to promote the omnichannel experience (photo & video, vlogs, IG & Tik Tok live shopping).
Collaborate with internal creative teams (design, video, etc.) to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand aesthetics and values. Create a social media calendar that sits in line with key business moments, cultural moments and brand partnerships calendar. Coordinate and oversee social content projects in
collaboration
with brand partnerships team. Cultivate and manage relationships with key brand partners to ensure the alignment of campaign goals and objectives.
