Overall Objective:
The Manager, Consumer Experience & Content Strategy collaborates with creative, strategy, analytics, and technical teams. They must be well versed in consumer experience insights and content creation best practices and principles. This position creates compelling content that resonates with the target audience and distributes content that effectively drives results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Audit, develop, and execute social media growth strategies – optimizing and scaling the performance of existing channels; testing, analyzing, and optimizing new ones.
Develop content and community management strategies across select client accounts.
Manage the day-to-day operations of owned social media platforms; posting engaging, on-brand and channel appropriate content that drives follower growth and fulfills clients’ overall social media goals.
Own and manage content calendar creation to ensure content that is on brand and aligned with client strategies & business goals.
Develop creatively inspiring content for a range of digital and social channels.
Provide strategic and innovative recommendations for creative campaign concepts, influencer activations and partnerships to be executed on clients’ social platforms.
Utilize data to garner macro and micro insights to guide decision-making.
Capable of analyzing social metrics for report development and make forward recommendations based on insights.
Collaborate with Creative and Experience Strategy teams to create meaningful customer experiences, interactions, and visual design.
Provides oversight and general direction to Content Designers and Copywriters to help them create effective content in an efficient manner.
Continuously monitor and report on social media trends and emerging platforms; identify opportunities to strategically integrate these into our clients’ channels.
Demonstrates industry expertise while collaborating with leadership of other Agency departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or equivalent industry experience.
3-5 years’ Agency experience or in Social or Content Strategy.
Has successfully launched multiple integrated campaigns where content strategy directly influenced the concept(s).
Immersed into culture and trends whether personally and/or professionally.
Knowledgeable in all social platforms and content best practices, including Tik Tok, and easily adaptable & eager to master emerging platforms.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable and confident leading cross department teams, brainstorms, and projects forwards.
Understanding of paid social principles and how organic and paid social can work together.
Proficiency in video editing and photography a PLUS.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat on a Mac OSX platform a PLUS.
