PR ManagerJob Responsibilities:
Media Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long – term relationships with overseas media, actively expanding media resources to enhance the brand’s international exposure and influence.
Media Communication Strategy: Develop and execute media communication strategies to effectively improve the brand’s international visibility and reputation through various communication channels.
Production of Promotional Materials: Write and publish press releases, media invitations, feature articles, and other external promotional materials to ensure the quality and effectiveness of communication, accurately conveying brand messages and product value.
Product Launch Events: Plan and execute product launch events, coordinating various resources to ensure the smooth running of the events and achieving good media coverage and exposure, thereby increasing the attention and impact of product launches.
International Trade Fair Coordination: Oversee participation in international trade fairs, including pre – fair preparations such as booth design, exhibit preparation, and promotional material production; on – site execution to ensure smooth display and effective communication; and post – fair follow – up to summarize achievements, expand customer resources, and explore business opportunities.
Cross – departmental Collaboration: Coordinate cross – departmental cooperation in PR activities, working closely with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of PR activities and achieve synergy between brand promotion and business development.
Crisis PR Management: Take charge of media crisis management, promptly monitoring and responding to negative reports, and taking effective measures to maintain brand reputation and minimize the impact of crises on the brand.
Media Effectiveness Analysis: Analyze media communication effectiveness, using data monitoring and effectiveness evaluation to optimize PR strategies, enhance brand visibility, and provide data – driven support and decision – making basis for brand communication.
Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry news and market trends, keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor dynamics in a timely manner, and providing valuable insights and suggestions for brand strategies to help the brand maintain a leading position in the market.
Job Requirements:
Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in planning and executing PR activities.
Media Resources: Familiar with the overseas PR media environment and possessing media resources in at least one of the following categories: toys, FMCG (Fast – Moving Consumer Goods), or sports, to quickly and effectively initiate media cooperation and communication.
Trade Fair Experience: Experience in organizing or participating in overseas large – scale trade fairs, with a thorough understanding of the entire process of trade fair preparation, execution, and follow – up, and strong trade fair management skills.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and logical thinking skills, with the ability to independently handle cross – departmental and external project communications and ensure smooth project delivery.
Language Skills: English as a working language, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to facilitate seamless communication and interaction with overseas media and partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
