We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Female) with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be polite, patient, and have a friendly nature. The role involves handling customer feedback, helpline support, and managing communications via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Responsibilities
Handling customer helpline calls and resolving immediate issues.
Managing customer feedback and addressing queries efficiently.
Mail handling and communication through WhatsApp, SMS, and chatbot.
Ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Maintaining records and reports in Excel and CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduation degree (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service or a related field.
Skills:
Strong listening skills and good communication.
Tech-savvy with expertise in handling digital communication.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Email, and CRM software.
Language skills: Hindi, English, Marathi, Odia, Telugu.
