Marketing communications experience in the retail/mall industry.
The Client:
Adecco is partnering with a leading property management company that oversees a key integrated development combining retail, entertainment, and office spaces.
This is an
exciting
hybrid role that merges marketing communications with leasing support functions to drive tenant acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and foster
customer engagement
aimed at promoting leasing opportunities, strengthening the company’s brand, and ensuring
effective communication
both internally and externally.
The Job:
Develop and execute marketing
communication
plans to enhance the company’s leasing offerings and brand presence.
Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content to support leasing efforts.
Manage social media channels to promote available leasing opportunities and engage with potential clients.
Coordinate with media and PR agencies to generate coverage for major leasing events or initiatives.
Act as the point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries and providing ongoing support.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Track and report on key leasing metrics, such as occupancy rates, lead generation, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
The Talent:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or leasing support.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Excellent
communication skills
(written and verbal).
Experience with
lease administration and tenant relations is a plus.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams
.
Knowledge of the real estate market and leasing industry is preferred.
