Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive our brand’s growth. Duties
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
· Oversee all aspects of advertising, including print advertising, digital campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and enhance advertising sales efforts.
· Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content that supports marketing initiatives.
· Conduct market research and analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
· Manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
· Write persuasive copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
· Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful campaign management.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
· Strong skills in copywriting and content creation across multiple formats.
· Experience with email marketing platforms and print advertising strategies.
· Familiarity with marketing automation systems is highly desirable.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams effectively.
